Wedding Photos

I know it's taken me ages to put wedding pictures up...partly because there are SO many and they are all so beautiful it was hard to choose! I may post a random wedding photo every now and then over the next year just because there are so many I love...but to post them all at once would be a bit overwhelming.
Our photographer was Marina Koslow, a fun talented and sweet person, with the perfect eye to capture our special day just the way I'd hoped!
Britton's wedding gift to me was this gorgeous aqua marine necklace (his birthstone) which he had custom made for me from a stone his uncle had given him. It is so beautiful! I wore it with my dress on our wedding day.
As guests were coming we had them write a note on a white board and get their picture taken for a photo guest book. It will be fun in the years to come to look back on who was at our wedding and see how different everyone looked back then.

Some of my amazing friends made the cake and decorated it, and my mom made strawberry jam for party favors. (She's amazing)

We did cupcakes for the guests as well as a candy table which was a big hit among the little people.
We hung bunting everywhere....I love this. I wanted our wedding to feel like a fun cheerful celebration. Not too formal...but relaxed and friendly.
For my bouquet I chose cabbage roses and ranunculus.
The bridesmaids bouquets had the same flowers as mine with some roses and sweet peas mixed in. I also made each of the girls a necklace with a key charm (not to mention all but three of the bridesmaid dresses).
Four of my nieces were flower girls but one was too shy to stay on stage for long. I made their dresses as well. Don't you just love this picture? Too cute!
The groomsmen wore matching blue vests and ties, the fabric was a bit shiny so the color doesn't show up that great in photos. They all looked quite dashing. :)
All my lovely girlies and I...
I wore blue converse! :D

My family. I think this is our first professional family photo since...the 80's?
All the bridesmaids dresses are slightly different...I let them pick from some patterns I had selected. I thought it was fun to have them in dresses they liked!

And we are living happily ever after.....
